ShelfFlare LLC operates as an independent U.S.-based brand management and logistics coordination company. Our services include:

  • Product sourcing from verified U.S. retailers and distributors (e.g., Walmart, eBay, authorized wholesalers)
  • FBA prep, labeling, and shipment coordination
  • Inventory management, compliance, and logistics support

ShelfFlare does not sell products directly on Amazon or represent Amazon, Walmart, or any third-party retailer.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or communication.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and communications.
  • You agree not to use the site for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.

  • Losses caused by supplier errors, shipping carriers, or third-party fulfillment networks
  • Product rejection or return due to brand restrictions, mislabeling, or policy violations
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShelfFlare LLC, its employees, and partners from any losses, claims, or damages arising from your use of our site or services, including violations of these Terms.

8. Termination
